cant access my original Microsoft account error 0x80048823

i made a Microsoft account threw windows and used it for Xbox (username: <PII removed>) and Minecraft (username: <PII removed>) using my Gmail. i tried logging in to Xbox on my browser with the same email and it created a new account. the old account is still logged in on windows but when i try and connect with it on any other account i get error 0x80048823 i looked up the error code and took the steps to fix it but it still dose not work.

i don't know how to regain access to my old account.
