My Laptop Location is Disabled from Xbox

I just installed some updates on my laptop and now I can't get logged into Xbox for any games. I went through Xbox support and couldn't get the problem resolved.

I checked on the Xbox website and it showed my laptop as disabled. I have no idea how that happened. The Xbox chatbot said it couldn't help with that. The only option I had was to remove my laptop as a device.

Should I remove it and try reinstating it?

Any advice would be welcome.

    I tried to login mid-morning 10/14. I tried several times during the day and it still didn't work.
