This usually happens because the ad is being blocked or failing to load, which causes the MSN video player to stall before the main video resumes.

    Try these steps in order:

    1. Disable ad blockers or privacy extensions for MSN, then refresh the page.
      • This includes browser extensions and built-in tracking protection that can interfere with ad delivery.
    2. Clear the browser cache and cookies for MSN, then restart the browser.
      • This removes corrupted site data that can prevent ads or videos from loading correctly.
    3. Make sure the browser is fully updated.
      • Outdated browser components can affect video and ad playback.
    4. Test the same MSN video in a private/incognito window.
      • If it works there, the issue is likely caused by extensions or cached browser data.
    5. Test in another browser.
      • If the problem only happens in one browser, the issue is likely browser-specific rather than an MSN service problem.

If the problem continues after these steps across multiple browsers and devices, use the Feedback option at the bottom of the Bing Video website to report the issue.
