    Hello

Does this say on the OneDrive app, or via www.onedrive.com?

If it is on the app, can you please go to OneDrive app Settings > Accounts tab, click on "Unlink this PC", and restart the computer. Then sign back into OneDrive, make sure it is the account you used for the purchase. See if that updates the storage.

If it doesn't reflect the new storage allowance on the web version, you would want to contact Microsoft support as it can be a provision issue.

Go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.

Because the purchased storage has not appeared after several days, check the quota under the purchasing account and then contact Microsoft Support to correct the subscription provisioning; Microsoft advises escalation when it remains unchanged after 48 hours.^1^

    Check the account and quota

    1. Open Manage storage.
    2. Sign in with the same personal Microsoft account used to purchase the 1 TB plan.
    3. Refresh the page and check:
      • The total storage allowance.
      • Whether the new subscription appears.
      • Which account is displayed in the upper-right corner.

Storage normally updates within 24 hours. A “subscription redeemed on another account” situation can occur when OneDrive is signed in with a different Microsoft account.^2^

    Also check the OneDrive application:

    1. Select the OneDrive cloud icon on the taskbar.
    2. Select Help & Settings → Settings → Account.
    3. Compare that email address with the account used on the Manage storage page.

If they differ, unlink the incorrect account and sign in with the account that purchased the storage. Unlinking the PC does not delete files already stored online.^3^

    Contact Microsoft Support

If Manage storage still shows the old allowance under the correct purchasing account:

    1. Go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus.
    2. Sign in with the account that purchased the storage.
    3. Enter Billing.
    4. Select Contact support.
    5. Choose Microsoft 365 → Manage my subscription, then request chat support.
    6. Tell the agent that the purchase is several days old but the OneDrive quota has not been provisioned. Have the purchase receipt or order date available, but do not post that information publicly.

Microsoft Support can inspect the account and subscription provisioning; purchasing another plan is not the appropriate next step.^4^
