I redeemed the gift card 12 hours ago , and still didn’t get my gift card , it says in progress, I don’t know why , It is the first time this happen , I always get it instant, I want to get the card asap to buy a skin in my valorant shop , I contacted the support but they didn’t reply , pls help me

    Microsoft Rewards redemptions can take up to 24 hours to process. Since your redemption status still shows "In Progress," your request has been received but has not yet been completed. This may be due to a temporary processing delay or a high volume of redemptions.

    Since only 12 hours have passed, I recommend waiting a little longer for your League of Legends gift card to be processed.
