Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I have successfully completed the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification, but my certification is associated with my previous company email address, which I no longer have access to.

I would appreciate your assistance in recovering my certification, linking it to my personal Microsoft account, and retrieving my Candidate ID.

Please find my details below:

Full Name: Yazhini Meena K

Certification Exam: AZ-900 – Microsoft Azure Fundamentals

Approximate Exam Date: Saturday, April 5, 2025

Previous Email Address: [******@fujitsu.com]

Personal Email Address: [******@gmail.com]

Since I no longer have access to my previous company email account, I kindly request your guidance on the process for verifying my identity and transferring or associating my certification with my personal Microsoft account.

I would also appreciate your assistance in locating my Candidate ID and ensuring that I can access my certification records and download my certificate.

Please let me know if any additional information or documentation is required to verify my identity.

Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your assistance in resolving this issue.

Best regards,
Yazhini Meena K

Unless you have access to the email account associated with the Learn profile, you will not be able to link another email account to the Learn profile and access your certifications. Learn profiles are self-managed; Microsoft cannot link or transfer them for you.
