Check the AB-100 exam details page for saved results from your previous attempts; if none appear, submit a Microsoft Credentials Support request rather than taking the assessment a fourth time.
Check whether the results were saved
- Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same Microsoft account used for the three attempts.
- Open the AB-100 Certification/Exam details page.
- Locate the Practice Assessment section.
- Check for results from previous attempts.
Microsoft states that completed assessments should display a score report and that previous-attempt results are accessible from the Certification/Exam details page.^1^
If the attempts are missing or still open as a blank page
Submit a request through Credentials Support:
- Open the Credentials Support page and select online support request.
- Set:
- Product family: Learning
- Product or Service: Microsoft Credentials
- Type of Support: Professional No Charge
- Preferred contact method: Email
- Include:
- Exam: AB-100
- That all 50 questions were completed
- That the result page became blank after submission
- Dates and approximate times of all three attempts
- Your Learn username
- A screenshot of the blank page, if available
- Browser and operating-system details
Credentials Support is the designated route for Microsoft Certification issues not covered by the other categories.^2^ The same escalation was recommended for the matching AB-100 blank-results report.^3^
This is a Microsoft Learn Practice Assessment issue, not a Pearson VUE exam-score issue, so use Credentials Support rather than Pearson VUE.
