Azure for Students verification fails because Jain University email domain is not recognized

Hello Microsoft Community,

I am a student at Jain (Deemed-to-be University), India, and I am trying to activate the Azure for Students offer.

During the academic verification process, I receive this message:

“Your email domain is not currently registered with us. You can choose another verification method.”

I have signed in successfully with my personal Microsoft account and selected India as my country. However, my university email domain, jainuniversity.ac.in, is not recognized by the verification system.

I would like to know how I can verify my student status using an alternative method, such as my college ID card or an official enrollment certificate.

Could someone please guide me through the correct process to resolve this issue?
