Startups: Companies that are in their initial stages of business and typically developing a business model and seeking financing.
Hi @Jason Welty
The error explains what's going on. Your personal Microsoft account (live.com) is being sent to a directory called "Microsoft Services", and your account doesn't exist there, so the portal keeps bouncing you back to sign in. It's a directory mix-up, not a problem with your account or your Startups benefits.
Try this:
- Open a private/incognito window so no old sign-in session gets reused.
- Go straight to https://portal.azure.com instead of using the link from the Startups site, and sign in with the same account you used to sign up for Microsoft for Startups.
- Once you're in, click the Settings (gear) icon at the top right and open Directories + subscriptions.
- Select All Directories, find your own directory (often called "Default Directory"), and click Switch.
- While you're there, set Startup directory to that directory, so the portal opens in the right place next time.
Your Startups subscription should show under Subscriptions in that directory. Also, it's best not to post trace or correlation IDs publicly. If support asks for them, share them privately.
Does the portal let you in when you go to portal.azure.com directly, or does the loop happen there too?
If this resolved your issue, please consider accepting it as the answer. If you still end up in the "Microsoft Services" tenant, let me know and I'll be happy to keep helping.
