The unlock code is the 48-digit BitLocker recovery key:
574992-460680-229944-254353-423522-095546-130526-079882
3D56C646 is the recovery key ID, not the unlock code. The key ID is only used to identify which 48-digit recovery key to enter.
If that 48-digit key does not unlock the drive, the supported checks are:
- Verify that the recovery key ID shown on the BitLocker screen matches
3D56C646. - If the device was set up or BitLocker was turned on by someone else, the recovery key might be stored in that person’s Microsoft account.
- If the device was ever signed into an organization with a work or school account, check that account’s BitLocker keys or contact the organization’s IT support.
- Check whether the recovery key was saved as a printout or on a USB flash drive.
- If the correct recovery key still cannot be found, the remaining option is to reset the device using Windows recovery options. Warning: resetting the device removes all files.
Microsoft Support cannot retrieve, provide, or recreate a lost BitLocker recovery key.
