I paid for Microsoft NeatOffice in June of 2026,and now it wants me to either buy another year or lifetime subscription. I paid for a year subscription. How can I use what I have paid for?

Go to the support page for NeatOffice (which is not a Microsoft product).

    Hello

Neat Office is actually not a Microsoft product. It is a third party app you can subscribe to via Microsoft's App Store.

If you subscribed in June 2026 and it is for an entire year, it shouldn't be expired yet.

Can you go to https://account.live.com > Subscriptions, does it show that it has been expired?

Did you make sure you install it from the store app https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9p2htzq722v3?hl=en-US&gl=US?

Your purchase source and install source should match. If you subscribed via Msft Store app, you need to install it from the Store app in order for the subscri[ption to be recognized. If you install directly from Neat Office's website, the subscription will not be recognized.
