I placed an order last Saturday 10/10. The order # is [Moderator note: personal info removed]. I have not received any email about how to download it? My credit card has already been charged, so according to your message, it should be already been delivered electronically.

My email is [Moderator note: personal info removed]@outlook.com, which is what this order belongs to. Please help.

I am working on my college app and I need Office 365 AS SOON AS POSSIBLBE because I need it to work on my college app.

Thank you

Microsoft 365 purchased directly from Microsoft is available through the purchasing account’s Services & subscriptions page, so you can install it there without waiting for the confirmation email.

    Install Microsoft 365 now

    1. Open the Services & subscriptions page.
    2. Sign in with the same personal Microsoft account used for the purchase.
    3. Find Microsoft 365, then select Install.
    4. Run the downloaded installer and keep the computer connected to the internet.

A direct digital purchase does not require a product key. Installation can also be started from the confirmation email, but that email is not required if the subscription appears in the account. ^1^

If Microsoft 365 is not listed

Check whether the transaction completed and whether it belongs to the account currently signed in:

    1. Open Microsoft account order history.
    2. Select Payment & billing > Order history.
    3. Adjust the date range to include the purchase date.
    4. Look at the order status:
      • Completed or Redeemed: open the order and look for Install, Product key/Install, or the product name.
      • In progress: the order has not yet been posted to the payment method.
      • Not shown: sign out and check any other Microsoft account that may have been used for the purchase.

Order history only displays purchases associated with the account currently signed in. ^2^

If the charge posted but the order is missing

Microsoft Q&A cannot access orders, cards, or account records. Contact Microsoft Support and choose the Microsoft 365 > Account & billing or purchase-related option. Provide the order number, purchase date, amount, and only the last four card digits through the private support channel—not in this public forum. Microsoft Support offers self-help and may route account and billing cases to chat. ^3^

Do not purchase another subscription until Support determines whether the existing charge represents a completed order.

Because an order number and account details were posted publicly, remove or redact them from the question if the edit option is available.
