I’m a Microsoft Store developer (individual account, signed in with a personal Microsoft Account). Seller ID: [ ]

Issue 1: In Partner Center > Payout and tax > Tax profile, the last form won’t submit. It shows “login failed” and then “SSO login failed”.

Issue 2: I can’t raise a support ticket. The Partner Center support page and the Services Hub support link (Developer, Student and Startup Programs > Windows Developer Center) both fail to load. The browser console shows:

MsaNeedsAuthenticationError: MSA token is not available
[Microsoft_AzureCXP_EngageHub] EngageHubMenu.MenuView Unable to build navigation.

Already tried: Chrome and Edge, incognito, third-party cookies allowed for Microsoft/live.com domains, fresh sign-in at login.live.com with the account owner.

Could someone please escalate this to the Windows Developer Center / Store account team, or create a ticket on my behalf?
