Azure Tenant Lockout – No Global Administrator Access, Unable to Contact Support Due to MFA Loop

Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I originally registered Azure using my personal Gmail address. My Azure tenant uses only an onmicrosoft.com domain.

The administrator account previously used to configure MFA and Temporary Access Pass (TAP) was deleted in late June 2026.

Currently, every time I try to sign in to the Azure Portal, I am repeatedly prompted for Microsoft Authenticator verification. I cannot complete the sign-in process.

There are no other accessible Global Administrator accounts in this tenant.

I also tried contacting Microsoft Support through the official Contact Us page. However, selecting Azure redirects me to the same MFA verification loop, so I cannot create a support ticket.

Could a Microsoft moderator please help me open a Tenant Recovery case with the Data Protection Team?

I would prefer to be contacted by email. I can provide the tenant domain, original registration email, subscription information, and ownership verification details through a private message.

Thank you.
