Hello Microsoft Certification Support team,

I tried to renew my Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification before it expired on 12 October 2026, but the renewal assessment would not load, and I was unable to start it.

I attempted using different browsers refreshing the page, signing in again, or another browser. The issue was not resolved before the certification expired. Also, I tried to contact you via the engage center and until now it never loads.

Because I attempted to renew within the eligible window and was blocked by a technical problem, I would like to request that my renewal eligibility be reinstated, or a short extension granted so I can complete the renewal assessment.

Since the engage center is not working - I do not know how to contact you. My email - ******@outlook.com

Thank you for your help.

The renewal period is open for 180 days before your expiry date to allow for personal and technical issues. The renewal window cannot be extended or reopened. There are no exceptions.

My certification expired. What happens now? If your certification expires, you must earn the certification again by passing the required exam(s).
