How do I reach a human support agent to discuss Xbox age verification?

As we all know very well, the Yoti age verification system on Xbox is nothing short of broken trash, for a slightly offensive term. I'd like to be able to verify my age, but I've found none of the options work, I cannot use my existing verified Yoti account to verify my age, and I can't reach an actual human being in any way to resolve the matter!!!

I'd just to be able to verify my age on Microsoft/Xbox with a human support operator, instead of a useless AI chatbot that's programmed to redirect you to the same webpage.

Can anyone help me?

For Microsoft personal accounts, the supported path to reach a human agent is through the Microsoft Support contact flow.

    1. Go to the Microsoft Support contact page and sign in.
    2. Enter the issue in Get Help.
    3. If self-help does not resolve it, select Contact Support.
    4. Follow the prompts to be routed to the available support option, which may include chat.

For Microsoft account sign-in and verification problems, the support flow first uses the sign-in helper tool. If needed, continue to Contact Support from there.

    Important limitations:

    • Support agents are not allowed to send verification codes.
    • Support agents are not allowed to access or change account details.
    • Support agents are not allowed to send password reset links.

    For age verification specifically:

    • Age verification is usually required only once per account.
    • It can be checked in account.microsoft.com under Your info > Profile info > Age verification.
    • Most verifications finish in seconds, though some can take a few minutes.

If the security check keeps failing, wait a short time before trying again. Repeated failed attempts can trigger additional security checks. Trying from a different device and a different network can help identify whether the issue is related to the current environment.
