Artifact Signing verification received by AU10TIX, but Azure stays pending—third attempt

We have experienced this twice already: we completed the verification flow using Microsoft Authenticator and AU10TIX, and AU10TIX displayed “verification received.” However, Azure Artifact Signing continued showing verification In Progress and requesting email verification. At the seven-day deadline, each request changed to Failed.

We are now on our third attempt, currently at day five, with the same pending status.

Could a Microsoft moderator escalate this to the Artifact Signing identity-validation team? Please investigate whether verification completion is reaching Azure and being associated with the correct validation request. We would like to resolve the underlying issue before a third request expires.
