Artifact Signing verification failed after successful AU10TIX Verified ID issuance

Hello Microsoft Artifact Signing Support,

I'm requesting assistance with Public Trust organization identity validation for Minted Investments LLC.

I successfully completed the AU10TIX identity-verification process and received a Verified ID in Microsoft Authenticator. The credential displays my verified information and expires next year.

However, during the verification process, my phone displayed an error indicating that a duplicate already exists. Shortly afterward, the Artifact Signing identity validation was marked Failed.

Could you please investigate whether an existing identity or credential record is preventing the verification from completing, and advise whether the existing credential can be reused?

Organization: Minted Investments LLC this without repeating identity verification or creating additional duplicate requests.
