Search on Bing & Microsoft for [moderator's note: PII removed] gives you the telephone number and address for [moderator's note: PII removed].

[moderator's note: PII removed]

Due to the proximity of the main [moderator's note: PII removed], the Bing search incorrectly picks up the word Alfreton.

Could you please correct this error, as we have lost out on at least £50,000 of kitchens due to this.

Thank you

For your privacy and security, I have covered the personal information included in your post. Please avoid sharing any personal or sensitive information publicly, such as serial numbers, order details, email addresses, phone numbers, or case-related information.

    Hello Elliott, Martin,

Thank you for explaining the difference between the two branch locations. I understand how serious this issue is when customers searching for the branch are shown the contact details for the other branch instead.

Please note that Microsoft Q&A is a user-to-user support forum, so contributors here cannot directly change Bing search results or the underlying business listing data. While the reference to A***** Road may appear relevant, I cannot confirm through the forum whether that is what caused the incorrect association.

To request a correction, please use Bing Places for Business to claim or manage the branch listing and make sure its address and telephone number are correct.

If the listing has already been claimed or the information cannot be updated, please contact Bing Places for Business Support. When submitting the request, include screenshots of the incorrect result, the exact search terms used, the correct details for both branches, and any available documentation showing that you are authorized to manage the listing.

You can also use the Feedback option at the bottom of the Bing Search or Bing Maps page to report the incorrect result. More information is available here: How to report a concern or contact Bing.

I hope the Bing Places team can review the conflicting branch information and help correct the search result. Thank you so much for your understanding.
