Make sure TPM is enabled. After a BIOS update, it often gets reset to a disabled state, which can cause this kind of issue.
Run tpm.msc from Win+R or command line. If it says TPM is not available, go into your BIOS settings and enable it.

Hello. I need help with a blocked Windows product key. My Windows 11 Home was installed on my PC by the computer assembly company where I bought it in June 2024, and the product key (retail, ending in 4C2HH) was supplied by them and listed in the purchase documents. Windows was activated without problems until I updated the motherboard BIOS. After that, activation stopped working: the activation troubleshooter fails, and running slmgr /ato returns error 0xC004C003, “The activation server determined that the specified product key is blocked”. slmgr /dlv shows the license channel as Retail. No hardware components have been changed since purchase.
Could you please: 1) confirm the current status of this product key on your side; 2) explain the reason it was blocked (for example, too many activations, a revoked key, or something else); 3) tell me whether the key can be reactivated and, if not, what documents I should request from the seller. I can provide the full key, screenshots of the errors, and the purchase documents. Thank you.

This error cannot occur with retail license and retail product key. Seems you are the victim of unfair seller, who used a corporate key for an activation, and you do not have a license unfortunately.
How much did you pay for a Windows license?
