Microsoft 365 Business Standard Email address recovery required - a real human

I have a Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription. I know my Tenant ID, business profile name and I know my tenant/domain name, and I receive billing/contact emails to my Yahoo email address every month. However, Yahoo is only my alternate contact email. I do not know the actual Microsoft 365 Global Administrator username used to sign in. I am the only admin. I need to know my business email or sign in connected to this account urgently. I have rang the help number and I am going round in a loop. Every technical support option asks me for the username to sign in. Been on this for many hours now and I am annoyed I can't speak with a human.
