We recently deployed Entra External ID and i need to bulk invite about 1250 accounts trought he graph api.
The first 100 went fine, but then this error message "Invitations are blocked for this directory due to suspicious activity. Please contact Microsoft support for help" appeared.
Could you please unblock invitations?

I would assume you hit a service limit, based on the below screenshot:

Based on the above there is a 100 invitation limit in tenant without paid licenses.

According to your findings, i should be able to invite 100 new accounts today, but the first one failed immediatly with the same error message.
So i'm pretty sure we are actually blocked and it's not a service limit
Are you able to unblock this?
