How to download a completed learning certificate

I recently completed the following learning session "Microsoft AI Agent Solutions" and I had taken a screen shot of the completion page as there was no option to download a certificate. My organisation has stated that the screenshot is not sufficient proof of course completion and that I need to download a certificate of completion from the Microsoft Learning site. I can't seem to locate this on this site. Can you provide a step by step guide to doing this please?

Microsoft does not provide certificates for completing Learning modules or courses. Certificates are earned by passing exams.

There is no downloadable certificate for completing a Microsoft Learn learning path or course completion alone. For Microsoft Learn content, the completion record is typically reflected as badges, trophies, XP, and transcript entries rather than a course completion certificate.

What can be downloaded or shared instead:

  1. Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile.
  2. Select the profile avatar, then select Profile.
  3. In the left menu, select Transcript.
  4. Review the transcript, which shows completed modules and earned credentials.
