Cannot recover my old account

I cannot recover my old account.

Because old phone number is no longer in use and Authenticator app is also unable to access.

I cannot remember the details clearly anymore.

What can I do to recover my account?

There are important messages that I need to retrieve files from.

I may have set one of the following email addresses as my backup email:

However, I can no longer verify my identity using either of these email addresses.

Could you please guide me through the recovery process or help me change the phone number used for identity verification?

I created this email account in 2010 or 2011, and it contains many important memories and messages shared with my friends from 2011 to 2013. I really hope to recover access to my account.
