How to file a complaint?

I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding unfair Dynasty matchmaking, contradictory published game rules, and inadequate customer service responses in Age of Empires Mobile.

I have already attempted to resolve these issues through the game’s official customer service channels without receiving a satisfactory explanation.

I am requesting that this complaint be escalated beyond the AOEM customer service team to the appropriate Microsoft Gaming or World’s Edge franchise oversight personnel.

The attached documents would contains supporting screenshots, competitive matchmaking comparisons, relevant gaming policies, and specific requests for investigation and corrective action.

Please acknowledge receipt, provide a reference number, and confirm whether this complaint has been referred to the appropriate oversight team.
