    Hi ridjko,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A.

To help us better understand the issue, could you please provide some additional information?

    1. Are the duplicate emails visible only in the Outlook mobile app, or do you also see them when accessing your mailbox through Outlook on the web?
    2. Are you using an iPhone or an Android device?
    3. Does this happen with all emails or only with emails from specific senders?
    4. Do both copies appear in the same folder (for example, Inbox), or are they located in different folders?
    5. Is this email account also configured in another mail application on your phone (such as Apple Mail, Gmail, Samsung Email, etc.)?

Additionally, please provide a screenshot showing the duplicate emails as they appear on your phone. Before uploading the screenshot, please remove or obscure any personal information (such as email addresses, names, phone numbers, or other sensitive data) to protect your privacy.

Once we have this information, we'll be in a better position to determine whether the issue is related to the Outlook mobile app, account synchronization, or another configuration-related cause.
