How to reschedule your certitifcation,

To reschedule a certification exam, use the Learn profile instead of the email link:

1. Sign in to the Learn profile.
2. Open Profile from the avatar menu.
3. Go to Credentials > Certifications.
4. Find the scheduled exam appointment.
5. Select Reschedule.
6. Complete the change on the exam delivery provider site after the redirect.

Important policy details:

• Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled exam time.
• If rescheduled or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the entire exam fee is forfeited.
• If the appointment was canceled by Pearson VUE, a refund should be issued, and a voucher should be reinstated automatically if one was used.

If the email link is not working, rescheduling directly from the Learn profile is the supported path. If that still fails, contact Pearson VUE support.
