My account is hacked so azure blacklist my account but keep charging my vm

My account is hacked. i cant login to azure portal.

and azure keep charging me while i can't do anything.

Unable to open support because i need to login using blocked account

Do you have any other account that has access to your tenant?

When you try and sign into your account, what error message does it give you (I am asking because you say your account is blacklisted)?

Is this a personal Microsoft account or a work/school account?

Thanks for the reply.

No I dont have
this is the error i got when i follow the the link from my billing email

Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Default Directory' and cannot access the application 'c44b4083-3bb0-49c1-b47d-974e53cbdf3c' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account.

I create this account personal not and an organization account.

I tried to login with azure portal but somehow my vm is not there. Subscription also empty . Seems like I'm login with different account, I am using the same account (same email to login)
