A cloud-based identity and access management service for securing user authentication and resource access
Hi Fridrik,
From what you’ve described, this looks like a sole Global Administrator tenant lockout, rather than a password issue. Both MFA choices are pointing back to the Authenticator registration you no longer have, and there isn’t another administrator available to reset the authentication methods.
There is a very similar Microsoft Q&A case where the affected account was the only Global Administrator and the Authenticator methods were unavailable. In that case, Microsoft External Staff confirmed that the issue was treated as a tenant lockout and that the Data Protection team was engaged through a support ticket.

Microsoft’s Azure documentation also explains that support requests are normally created through the Azure portal, but that requires the appropriate access to the subscription or administrator access for a request without a subscription.
How to create an Azure support request
Since you cannot complete MFA and have already tried the local support route, I think your request for a moderator to help get this into the appropriate tenant-recovery/support process is reasonable.
Please avoid posting your tenant ID, subscription ID, invoices, billing details or other ownership evidence publicly. Provide those only through the private channel requested by Microsoft Support when contacted.
Hopefully a Microsoft moderator can help get the appropriate support process started for you.
