Press the Windows+R keys on the keyboard, or Right-click Start on the Taskbar and choose Run.

Type "WSRESET - i" without quotes.

Press Enter.

it still doesnt work. i pressed the button to purchase the realm. the purple button after u accept terms and service and it loads then the little microsoft store thing pops up for again, 0.3 not even a second.

Alright. Next step:

Can you try this: In Windows Search, type in PowerShell, right-click on it, and then choose Run as administrator. Run:

Get-AppxPackage *Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin* | Reset-AppxPackage

Also in an elevated CMD the following:

RunDll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ResetIEtoDefaults

#2:

Press Windows + R, type %localappdata%\Microsoft, and press Enter.

Delete the folder named OneAuth.
