i linked my account after i purchased the robux but i still have not received my robux is there any reason why i have not gotten my robux?

Sorry, I want to clarify the issue a little bit. What I understand is you made the purchase first, and then linked your account to it, which means your account is not linked to your Roblox account before that? Also, may I know what platform are you playing the game from?
