I currently cannot send multiple emails. Am I currently subscribed to Microsoft 365?

    Hi Jeanne DePriest,

You can verify the subscription associated with your account by signing in to the Microsoft Services & subscriptions page using the same Microsoft account that you use for Outlook. An active subscription should appear there with its current status and renewal or expiration information.

However, the inability to send multiple emails does not necessarily confirm whether the account has an active Microsoft 365 subscription. It may depend on the type of account, the way the messages are being sent, or the specific error being displayed.

Could you please clarify the following?

    • Are you using a personal Outlook.com/Hotmail account or a work or school account?
    • By “multiple emails,” do you mean several separate messages or one message addressed to multiple recipients?
    • What exact error message appears when the email cannot be sent?

Please do not include your email address or other account details in the public thread. This is a user-to-user support forum, so contributors cannot access your account or check its subscription status directly, but the information above will help narrow down the appropriate guidance. Thank you so much for your understanding.

To check whether a Microsoft 365 subscription is currently active:

    1. Go to Services & subscriptions.
    2. Look for the subscription status on that page.
    3. If Microsoft365.com shows a Subscribed badge, a Microsoft 365 subscription is associated with the signed-in account.
    4. If it shows a Free badge, there is no active Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, Premium, or Pro subscription associated with that account.

About not being able to send multiple emails: the available guidance indicates this can happen because there is a daily sending limit. One suggested workaround is to reduce the recipient count per email and wait for the limit to reset after 24 hours.
