    Hello Ioannis Apostolakis,

Sorry the spelling and grammar check isn't showing up for you. I'm not totally sure which part is missing, so a couple of quick questions would help:

    • Do Greek words get no red underlines at all, or is it only the grammar and Editor suggestions that are missing?
    • Is this desktop Word or Word for the web, and is it a personal or work/school account?

One thing worth knowing: as far as I can tell from Microsoft's Editor language table, Greek is listed with spell check only, and grammar check and writing refinements don't seem to be available for it. If that's what's missing, it may simply not be supported for Greek: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/word/editor-s-spelling-grammar-and-refinement-availability-by-language

If Greek spelling isn't being checked either, these are worth a try:

If spelling and grammar tools are missing for Greek in Office 365, the supported fixes are:

    1. Enable Greek as an Office authoring/proofing language.
      • In Word, go to Review > Language > Language Preferences.
      • Under Office authoring languages and proofing, select Greek.
      • Select OK.
    2. Set Greek as the proofing language for the document or selected text.
      • Go to Review > Language > Set Proofing Language.
      • Select Greek.
      • Select OK.
    3. Turn on automatic language detection if the document contains mixed languages.
      • Go to Review > Language > Set Proofing Language.
      • Select Detect language automatically.
      • Word can detect only languages that are enabled above the double line in the language list.
    4. If Greek is not listed, install the required language support.
      • If the language is not available as an editing language, a language pack may be required before spelling can be checked.
      • If the proofing tools for Greek are not included in the installed Office version, install the Language Accessory Pack for Office.
    5. Make sure proofing is not disabled for the text.
      • Go to Review > Language > Set Proofing Language.
      • Clear Do not check spelling or grammar.
    6. If Greek text is still not checked correctly, verify the text is actually marked as Greek.
      • Select the affected text.
      • Go to Review > Language > Set Proofing Language.
      • Under Mark selected text as, choose Greek.

If the Greek dictionary still does not appear after enabling the language, that usually means Greek has not been enabled as an editing language or the Greek language pack still needs to be installed.
