I am writing to request assistance in lifting the restriction on my Microsoft Certification profile so that I can schedule my GH-300: GitHub Copilot exam.
My account was placed on a 6-month restriction on April 5, 2026, which ended yesterday on October 5, 2026. However, when trying to book a test-center exam today, I encountered an error.
I contacted Pearson VUE support, and they provided me with Case ID: 39953224 and advised me to reach out directly to Microsoft for account review.
