Wifi and Bluetooth missing

After booting my laptop up, my Bluetooth and WiFi buttons were suddenly missing, and I could only use Ethernet. I already tried the suggested steps to try by John DeV in the post of Shannon Priddy but nothing worked.

    Please provide some information about your drivers and hardware.

    Right click your Start Button and open Device Manager.

    Expand the 'Network Adapters' section.

    Expand the Bluetooth section.

    Please provide a screenshot of that full Device Manager window.

    Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.
