Try this recovery path for Microsoft Jigsaw on Windows 11:
- Open Microsoft Store and check Library to see whether Microsoft Jigsaw is still in the account’s owned apps list.
- If it appears there, select Install to reinstall it.
- If Microsoft Store is not showing the app correctly, reset the Store cache:
- Press Windows key + R
- Type wsreset.exe
- Select OK
- Wait for the blank Command Prompt window to close and for Microsoft Store to open automatically
- After the reset, search Microsoft Store for Microsoft Jigsaw again.
- If apps from Store are still not working correctly, also try these Microsoft Store fixes:
- Close and reopen the app
- Install the latest Windows updates from Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates
- In Microsoft Store, go to See more > Downloads and updates > Get updates
- In Microsoft Store, go to See more > My Library and reinstall the app from there
- If Microsoft Jigsaw still does not appear or cannot be installed, possible reasons listed by Microsoft include:
- the app is not available in the current country or region
- family settings are hiding it
- the app is no longer available
- the device is not compatible
- Windows was updated but the PC was not restarted
- the PC is not authorized for Microsoft Store apps
- If none of the above restores it, use Contact Support from Microsoft support.
