Request for courtesy to cancel and refund- DP-900 exam missed due to medical reason

hello,
I had a Microsoft DP-900 azure Data fundamentals exam scheduled for Oct 5th 2026 at 8 am IST, unfortunately, due to an unexpected medical emergency i was unable to attend or start the exam
i understand that the standard cancellation deadline has already passed, however, because this was caused by a genuine medical issue
i kindly request that a review my case and consider allowing a courtesy my exam and provide me a voucher/payment if that is not possible , i would appreciate considering for a refund
