Window Installer Errorn when tryingn to play Minecrft

I have the Xbox running on my pc. I had purchased Minecraft a year ago or so and havent played it in awhile. I am keeping an error when I try to play.

    1. Restart the PC.
      • A restart can fix Gaming Services or sign-in components that are stuck in a bad state.
    2. Make sure Windows is fully updated.
