I am unable to reactivate my subscription.

subscription 'egrowe' is disabled. When I try to 'Reactivate' it, it takes me to 'Settle Balance' page. That page says 'You dont have any outstanding charges for ...'

Did you have an outstanding balance for the subscription?

If so, when did this balance get paid?

Do you have permissions for the billing profile and make payments?

I haven't paid the invoices for a few months because of expired billing account details. I am trying clear the bills now but the account is disabled and all my Invoices in the Billing section show up as Paid.
