I am asking how to speak to a live agent. I have been through voicemail hell over the past 24 hours trying to get technical support for Windows. I have a tier 1 session number but there is no one to share it with because I am being prevented from talking to a live agent. The tier 1 agent told me that I needed tier 2 support but unable to speak with anyone that review the notes and make it happen. This is what I call customer disservice. I have been a loyal Microsoft customer for 39 years. Sincerely Jack C.
