THE STATUS OF MY PRINTER IS OFFLINE. HOW DO I CHANGE THE STATUS TO ONLINE?

    If your printer is showing as Offline, try removing and adding the printer again:

    1. Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
    2. Select your printer and choose Remove.
    3. Restart your computer.
    4. Return to Printers & scanners and select Add device to add the printer again.

    If Windows still shows the printer as offline after adding it again, please informe the printer model.

    Buenas noches. Algunos usuarios han reportado este error tras la última actualización de Windows 11(KB5124010); por ello, antes de proceder con las reparaciones, le solicito amablemente que acceda al historial de actualizaciones de Windows Update (presionando Win+i > Windows Update > Historial de actualizaciones) y comparta una captura de pantalla de las últimas actualizaciones instaladas. De inmediato:

    1. Presione Win+i > Sistema > Solucionar problemas > Otros solucionadores de problemas > Impresoras.

    2. Siga las indicaciones en pantalla y otorgue los permisos cuando se le soliciten.

    Una vez finalizado el proceso, reinicie el equipo e infórmenos sobre el resultado.
