I have downloaded 7 different times and still find that I an unable to access the questions . Everything stays locked. Out of the 7 different times it did work twice so I was able to answer two days questions. Thanks for any assistances you can give me. Have a great day

I downloaded ap, accessed question, but I can't find the ap to be able to access without having to download daily. What am I doing wrong?

Pat Toombs = These seems a specific daily quest. So, if you missed log in app any day, it would skip that day reward forever. Sometimes, it stuck at locked status 2 days but will allow you to get those rewards later.
Just Need to login and check it every day.

If yes, may be some auto-reset installed software setting. Don't know specific how to fix it**, Sorry.**

I have the same issue.

I have the rewards app downloaded on windows, it also says so in the Microsoft Store, I am logged into my account, yet everything is locked.

After installed the App, it often doesn't work few hours, so restart PC may be needed.
These seems a specific daily quest. So, if you missed check in app any day, it will skip that day reward forever.

well, I'm not doing anything different, but it seems to be working better for me now. I type "Microsoft Reward Ap" in Edge browser. At first, it opens to download, despite having downloaded it multiple time, which is confusing when you know you already downloaded the Ap. I tried adding the downloaded AP to my task bar, but that didn't seem to work. Lately, however, after I type " Microsoft Reward Ap" in browser, after a second or two, it reverts to "Open". From "Open" you can then click "earn", and you will find one or more unlock. You can only choose one a day, but it works. Maybe a roundabout way, but this is what has been working for me.
