    Hello Duke Alloh,

The repeated credential prompt usually means Copilot cannot keep a valid sign-in session. This may happen when the wrong account is selected, saved sign-in information is outdated, or the app cannot complete its connection.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

    1. Sign out of Copilot and any Microsoft 365 apps, close them completely, restart the device, and then sign in again. Make sure you choose the correct account type, either Personal or Work or school.
    2. Check whether Copilot works in a private browser window. If it works there, clear the browser’s Microsoft-related cookies and cache, then temporarily disable any privacy or ad-blocking extensions.
    3. If you use the Copilot app in Windows, open Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Microsoft Copilot > Advanced options, select Repair, and test again. If needed, return to the same page and select Reset.
    4. Open Get Help, search for Copilot connectivity troubleshooter, and follow the prompts.

If the issue continues, please confirm whether this happens in the Copilot app, a browser, or an Office app, and whether you use a personal or work/school account.
