    Welcome Ritesh Maurya,

Since this is a public forum, we will hide your personal identifiable information, and I have sent that image of yours containing your personal identifiable information in a private message so we can work together to resolve the issue.

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forumFrom the screenshots, it appears that Microsoft Family Safety is blocking access to Copilot and the permission request is failing. To better narrow this down, could you confirm:

    • Are you signed in with a personal Microsoft account or a work/school account?
    • Is the account a child account that belongs to a Microsoft Family group?
    • When you click "Ask by email", does the request reach the family organizer, or do you immediately receive the "Something went wrong" message?

In the meantime, please try these steps:

    • Open Settings > Accounts > Your info and verify which Microsoft account is currently signed in.
    • Visit Microsoft Family Safety and check whether the account is listed as a child account in a family group: Microsoft Family Safety
    • If an adult organizer is available, ask them to sign in to Family Safety and review the child's app and web restrictions, then confirm that Copilot is allowed.
    • Try signing out of Copilot, restart Windows, and sign back in with the same Microsoft account.
