Why are all Giftcards except Overwatch 2 removed from Microsoft rewards in India? Is Microsoft scamming Indians?

Its been months and still no giftcards are here except overwatch 2 which to be honest almost no Indian plays. I collected 16k points with a lot of dedication and hard work by searching every day from 6 months and now no giftcard is available. Are we Indians getting scammed now? What did we do to deserve this? Completely disappointed by Microsoft's service. It's been literal MONTHS, last time I saw the option was in JULY. Even the goal which I set was removed for some reason. Please either refund us with money for our time or for god's sake PLEAASE bring back ROBUX AND OTHER GIFTCARD OPTIONS. Hope y'all look into this issue.User's image

    Hello @Manhar

I can understand why this feels unfair after you spent six months collecting more than 16,000 points for rewards that are no longer shown.

The screenshot confirms that your account currently displays only the Overwatch 2 option, but it does not tell us why the other choices were removed or show evidence that Indian members are being deliberately targeted. Please note that forum moderators also cannot add Robux or other gift cards back to the Rewards page.

For now, I suggest using the Feedback button visible at the bottom of the redemption page. Include your current balance, that you last saw the other choices in July, and that your saved goal disappeared. That gives the Rewards team a clear record of the impact instead of treating this as a general redemption question.

There is no need to spend your points on Overwatch 2 if you do not want it. Rewards points expire only when an account has neither earned nor redeemed points for 12 months.

    Thank you for your understanding
