I have a file call PIA that i use for school on my laptop. On my tablet i also have PIA but it seems to be a completely different file. When i locate the good one (mouse right clic and look for location) i clic on the edge version to see it on the web. It give me the wrong file.

Im kind of lost because they seem to have the same location but my laptop have the good one and webservice the wrong one. Same name

Tried pretty much everything: sync, etc. I deleted the app on my tablet and reinstalled and tried to install the notebook and yet the wrong PIA notebook appears.

    Hi @matthieu Tremblay

I understand how confusing it is when the correct PIA notebook appears on your laptop, but a different version opens on your Android tablet and online.

Could you confirm whether the correct notebook uses a personal Microsoft account or a school account, and whether that same account is signed in on both devices?

    Meanwhile, please:

    • Back up the correct notebook on your laptop.
    • Select File > Info > View Sync Status > Sync Now.
    • On Android, open More Notebooks > View Sync Errors and check for any message.
    • Close the incorrect notebook, then reopen PIA from More Notebooks under the correct account.

Please share any sync message shown.
