2,00,000+ Users are getting affected | Onedrive Embed URLs are not working. Blank sheet is getting displayed.

Hi. When we're trying to embed onedrive excel sheets' url on the website to provide problems in order to practice MS Excel formulas, it's showing no sheet/blank sheet. We've check embedded code, it's perfectly right for all problems. We're doing this all for our platform excelpractice.online with 2,00,000+ Users using it and now it's impacting our core offering of the product. Kindly look into it at the earliest.

    This missing dependency prevents the OneDrive embedded viewer from completing its initialization, which can cause the workbook area to appear blank. Therefore, the behavior does not appear to be caused by the iframe syntax or workbook configuration on your website. 

    I have also recently seen a few other users report similar behavior involving blank OneDrive embedded content and the same Microsoft CDN script-loading error. Based on the available evidence, this appears more consistent with a possible service-side or CDN deployment issue affecting the OneDrive embedded viewer. 

    In the meantime, as a temporary workaround, you may consider: 

    • Providing an Open in Excel for the web or Open in a new tab link for each workbook. 
    • Allowing users to download the workbook where appropriate. 
    • Displaying a temporary notice explaining that the embedded Excel viewer is currently unavailable. 
    • Avoiding mass regeneration of existing embed URLs, as newly generated URLs may still depend on the same unavailable Microsoft resource. 

    Since this issue is impacting your core service, please contact your school or organization’s IT administrator and ask them to report the issue through: 

    Microsoft 365 admin center > Health > Service health > Report an issue 

    When submitting the report, the administrator should include the following information: 

    • An affected embed URL or a non-sensitive reproducible example. 
    • The exact time the issue was reproduced, including the time zone. 
    • The browser console screenshot and, if possible, a HAR/network trace. 
    • The failed Microsoft CDN request for odsp.react.lib-f74dfea2.js. 
    • Confirmation that the issue affects multiple embedded workbooks. 
    • The business impact, including that the issue is affecting the core functionality of a platform serving more than 200,000 users.
