Unknown Render Failure and locking me out of my account

Hello I was recently locked out of my account upon logging in again. I then received the following error message when removing access to folders. I figured this error message with Correlation ID would help with troubleshooting.

    The message “Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation” usually means the account/session does not currently have the required permission to complete that action, or OneDrive is not validating the current sign-in correctly.

    Open OneDrive.com in an InPrivate/Incognito browser window and sign in only with the affected account. Let me know if you can log in there, please.
