Troubleshooting website display or functionality issues in Edge on Windows 11
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
For the past couple years I have been unable to access my account to change my display name, check subscriptions, or to look at any account settings. I am still able to login to Xbox and other Microsoft services, but when I try to login on the website to access my account, there is an infinite loading screen that continuously swaps between two URLs. I have gone through multiple support tickets with no luck and have no idea what to do.

Hi Daniel Sandy,
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Thanks for explaining what you’re running into, this type of behavior is usually related to saved browser sign‑in data or cached redirects, rather than an issue with the account itself.
In addition to Q&A Assist's answer, here are some possible checking steps that you can try to resolve the looping sign‑in screen:
1 - Bypass cached data
2 - Remove only Microsoft sign‑in cookies
account.microsoft.com, login.live.com and login.microsoftonline.com3 - Test in an InPrivate window
4 - Check Edge automatic sign‑in
You can also create a new Edge profile or test with another browser to rule out profile corruption.
