Re: KB2267602

This update was successfully installed Nov 28, yet it continues to try to install it again-twice. The most recent was today Dec 27. What's up with this update?

If KB2267602 keeps attempting to install even though it was successfully installed, it could be due to several reasons. One common cause is that the update may not have been installed correctly the first time, or there may be issues with your Windows Update settings that prevent it from recognizing that the update is already installed.

To troubleshoot this issue, you can check your update history to see if there are any error messages associated with the update. If you find any errors, you can search for those specific error codes on the Microsoft Support website for more information. Additionally, you can try to install the update again manually or check for any pending updates that might need to be applied first.

If the problem persists, consider posting your issue on the Microsoft Communities forum for further assistance, or contact Microsoft Support for help.
